Our cooking is a perfect mix between Mediterranean and simplicity character, where the raw materials play a fundamental role in the success of the final product. In his dishes the chef Toto
uses the raw materials in order to keep their flavor intact, so as to make the customer perceive the smells, lightness, simplicity and taste of freshly caught fish.

Fish specialties

At Toto you can enjoy daily fish dishes and traditional Ligurian recipes, where bread, pasta and desserts are all produced by us. Our warhorses are undoubtedly the “primi” (pasta) where among the most famous dishes we remind:
  • Ricciolini with shrimps, asparagus and pine nuts
  • Pasta and beans with seafood
